Directions to NUTRITION 101

From Boston & North of Boston
Route 93 North to New Hamphire
In Manchester, after exit 5, Route 93 splits to the right
Go Left onto Route 293, 101 West.  
Stay on 101 West, count 5 exits, the fifth exit is Route 3 North, you will be facing Macys.  
Turn  left at the bottom of the exit on to South River Road.
Continue through four sets of lights.  
Keep right as road splits. A Mobil station will be in the middle. 
Look for McDonals and get ready to turn left into the Mallard Pond Plaza.
NUTRITION 101 is located in the back portion of the building on the right.  
You will find our entrance to be in the front of our unit. 
Parking is located in front of the building.

From East of Bedford
Route 101 West towards Manchester.
Stay on 101 West, 101 will merge with Route 93 South for a mile or so. 
Once 101 splits off on its own again count 5 exits, the fifth exit is Route 3 North, 
you will be facing Macys.  
Follow directions as stated above - (From Boston & North of Boston.)

From West of Bedford
Route 101 East towards Manchester.
Stay on Route 101 East. The exit for Route 3 North will be on your right.
At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Meetinghouse Road.
At the  set of lights turn left onto South River Road (Route 3).
Continue through until the Mobil Gas Station in the middle of the road.  
Keep right as road splits.  
Look for McDonals and get ready to turn left into the Mallard Pond Plaza.
